In order to better understand the recent surge of ‘fake’ aphrodisiac products that have hit the market, it is important to examine the history of female Viagra. Launched in 2012, Lady Era became a cultural phenomenon and almost overnight, it turned into a ‘must-have’ product for millennial women, especially those living in major cities.

The story of Lady Era actually begins way before its creation. In 2007, the pharmaceutical company Cipla, Ltd. launched a new product called ‘Rowenta’ to combat the growing problem of urban infertility. While male Viagra increases blood flow to the genital region, resulting in erections and increased fertility, Rowenta was created to increase blood flow to the entire body, resulting in energized and expanded women, with increased libido and pleasure.

Unfortunately, despite its intended wide appeal, problems with inconsistent delivery and lack of clinical studies caused the product to be temporarily withdrawn from the market, before the company could further examine its effectiveness and safety.

A Rebirth

The development and eventual release of Rowenta was followed by the creation of two other products designed to help women increase their libido and pleasure – Lady Avanti and Lady Volcanova.

Both products are oral tablets designed to be taken once or twice a day. Available in a variety of flavors, including cherry blossom, mango and fig, with or without milk, the tablets each come in a dainty pink box and contain 60 mg of a newly identified ingredient called ‘CAC-10′ (caffeic acid, caffeic acid and 10-hydroxycaprylic acid).

According to Cipla’s website, the ingredient 10-hydroxycaprylic acid helps improve the bioavailability of caffeic acid and caffeic acid in the digestive tract, resulting in improved absorption and increased effectiveness. Additionally, caffeic acid has been shown in studies to reduce inflammation and pain, while caffeic acid and its derivative, caffeic acid ethyl ester, have both been reported to inhibit histamine release by immunocytes.

All About ‘Fake’ Products

If you are unfamiliar, ‘fake’ products typically refer to any product that is not a pharmaceutical, medical, or surgical product and that is meant to appear to be one of those products (e.g. ‘bath in a bottle’, ‘hair extension removal’, ‘vaginal tightening’ products, etc.).

As I mentioned in my last blog post, the proliferation of ‘fake’ products has exploded in recent years, with some experts estimating that there are now billions of dollars’ worth of supplements, remedies and ‘cleanses’ on the market. While dietary supplements and food products are not subject to the same regulations as pharmaceuticals, they can be legally marketed as medicine and health supplements.

The Rise Of The ‘Sexbots’

If you’re wondering, ‘sexbots’ are artificial intelligence (AI) robots designed to have sex with humans. Created predominantly by Japanese companies and populated mainly by AI assistants designed to look like popular anime characters, the technology is meant to help long-distance relationships flourish by providing an alternative to the traditional act of meeting in person. The most prominent examples of sexbots include AIBO and Tamatoppy.

Sexbots aren’t a new invention. In 2017 the world’s first sexbot bank opened in Tokyo, offering ‘satisfying’ alternatives to lonely, aging patrons. Designed by a team of Japanese engineers, the bot is named Koi – short for ‘koicatessen’ or ‘koicatrice’ and is said to be able to provide ‘futanari’ or ‘big boobs’ to its users, among other things. While Koi’s artificial intelligence is currently unable to hold a conversation, the company plans to implement speech recognition software later this year.

Why Are So Many Women Seeking Help?

If you’re not into tech stuff, you might be wondering why so many women are seeking help with their libido and pleasure. After all, it’s not like technology is going to solve all of our problems. In reality, the opposite is true. We live in a world where technology is increasing our problems and exacerbating our need for help.

For women, particularly millennials, the ability to have a functional and emotionally healthy sex life has become impossible. Thanks to a number of factors, including the changing nature of work, increasing economic independence, and social media, the ability to connect and form meaningful connections has been severely compromised. These factors, in turn, have contributed to an uptick in female infidelity, sexual dysfunction and depression. In just a few years, the ratio of lifetime ED medication users to adult internet users has increased by 400% and the number of men taking ED medication has doubled.

How Can Technology Help?

If you’re interested in helping women improve their libido and pleasure, you’re in the right place. Below, I’ve listed some of the more prominent ways that technology is making it possible to do just that.

Virtual Realistic Environments (VRE)

Thanks to the development of virtual reality (VR) technology, it’s now possible to virtually ‘go’ anywhere and do anything. Available through headsets and handheld devices, these technologies allow users to completely immerse themselves in a digitally recreated world, one where they are the ruler rather than the subject. Within these worlds, users can practice self-discovery and therapeutic journeys, confronting their problems and learning more about themselves and their desires – all while wearing the goggles and experiencing life from the inside out.

Virtual Trials

Just like in the real world, medical research and drug development involves trial and error. However, thanks to the development of virtual clinical trials (VCT), this process can now be simulated, allowing researchers to examine drug mechanisms of action and screen compound libraries virtually before they are tested in people. Additionally, VCTs allow drug companies to test their products in ways that would be impossible to achieve using real people – such as older generations and children. In a recent study published in the journal Molecular Systems Biology, researchers from North Carolina State University reported a 400% increase in the number of drugs that meet their criteria for ‘success’ compared to just a few years ago.

Smart Phones

Although they have been around for decades, smartphones only attained mainstream popularity in the mid-2000s. Since then, they have completely transformed our world, not just the ways we communicate, but how we experience the world around us. Thanks to smartphones, it is now possible to access an incredible amount of information at the press of a button.

With billions of internet-connected smartphones, it is now possible to track and diagnose a variety of conditions, from sleep apnea and insomnia to diabetes and cancer. Additionally, using speech recognition software and the massive amount of data that these devices collect, it is now possible to create intelligent AI ‘smart assistants’, such as Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant, making them easier to use than ever before.

Ambient And In-Home Lighting

When talking about sex and pleasure, we often think about the lighting in the room – specifically, the kind you put in an outdoor space, such as a garden or pool area. Thanks to the development of LED and OLED lightbulbs, outdoor spaces and interior rooms alike now have the ability to emit a bright, crisp light that doesn’t cause eye strain.

This new type of lighting is ideal for reading and other activities and is gaining popularity faster than you can say ‘low-voltage lighting’. As an added bonus, this new generation of lighting is also longer lasting and more energy efficient than traditional incandescent and fluorescent lights. In addition to improving our lighting, this new generation of light bulbs allows us to see colors that are richer and more vibrant than before.

Sex-Positive Websites And Blogs

If you’re looking for information on female Viagra or want to try a new product that may help with your libido and pleasure, you have many options. With the development of the internet, it has become possible to find anything – from the latest news articles to product reviews and tip-offs on what might be best for you.

As a result, there are now tons of blogs and websites that talk about sexuality, including many that focus on the specifics of women and sex. These websites and blogs often serve as a hub for those seeking information on female Viagra and the various alternatives available, including treatments for infertility and the menopause. Additionally, many of these sites and blogs promote healthy, alternative sexual activities, including BDSM, polyamory, and more – all of which are becoming more popular as people are looking for ways to better understand their sexuality and desires.
