The more physical action there is, the more natural and interesting the video will come across. Just look at porn. Compared to other forms of media, like TV or films, porn is very physical, with lots of direct-to-camera movements and realistic sex acts. The best videos I’ve seen use a lot of direct-to-camera movements and keep the lighting low so that it doesn’t overwhelm the senses.
Angle
